PumpBuild operates under the core Web3 philosophy of radical data minimization. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, KYC documents, or passwords. We never store or request your private keys or seed phrases.
1. Introduction
At PumpBuild (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”), we respect your fundamental right to digital privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how information is processed when you interact with our web application located at https://pumpbuild.com (the “Website”).
Unlike traditional Web2 websites, PumpBuild does not utilize centralized user accounts, passwords, or identity tracking. You interact with the decentralized Solana network directly using your self-custodial cryptographic wallet.
2. Information We Collect (and What We NEVER Collect)
A. Public On-Chain Ledger Data
When you connect a Solana wallet and execute transactions (such as creating an SPL token, revoking mint authority, or executing an initial buy), your public wallet address, transaction signature, timestamp, and token metadata are recorded on the public Solana blockchain. By design, blockchain ledgers are transparent and immutable. This data is publicly accessible to all network participants and block explorers (such as Solscan and Solana Explorer).
B. Technical Diagnostics & Local Preferences
To provide a seamless user experience, we may process non-personally identifiable technical information, including browser user-agent, screen resolution, and aggregated error logs. We utilize standard browser localStorage solely to save your local UI preferences (such as dark/light theme, token creation drafts, and recent search filters) directly on your device.
- Private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords.
- Government-issued ID documents, passports, or biometric data (No KYC).
- Credit card numbers, bank account details, or fiat billing information.
- Personal email addresses, physical mailing addresses, or mobile phone numbers.
3. How We Use Information
Any non-custodial or technical information processed is used strictly to:
- Facilitate and render the frontend visual interface for interacting with Solana smart contracts.
- Display launched token projects and their public Metaplex metadata in the open platform catalog.
- Mitigate automated bot abuse, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, and RPC rate-limit exhaustion.
- Diagnose frontend performance anomalies and optimize user workflows across mobile and desktop devices.
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker your data to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.
4. Third-Party Services, Wallets & RPC Providers
The Interface interacts with independent third-party protocols and infrastructure providers to broadcast transactions and retrieve blockchain state:
- Solana RPC Nodes: When broadcasting transactions, your wallet communicates with RPC endpoints (such as QuickNode, Helius, or Solana Labs). RPC providers receive your transaction payloads to submit them to validator gossip networks.
- Decentralized Storage: Token metadata and images are inscribed to decentralized storage protocols (such as IPFS, Arweave, and Metaplex), which operate on independent, immutable networks.
- Web3 Wallet Extensions: Wallet software (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) runs locally in your browser. Your interaction with wallet software is governed by their respective privacy policies.
5. Security & Data Retention
Because PumpBuild maintains no centralized relational database of user identities, accounts, or private credentials, our architecture eliminates single points of failure for user data theft.
Local storage items (such as token wizard drafts) exist solely within your own browser cache and can be cleared by you at any time via your browser settings.
